Made with Mori-Nu Asian Dessert Tofu Almond Jelly Inspired Flavor, the silky tofu creates a light, custard-like base that pairs beautifully with sweet azuki red beans, soft grass jelly, and bursts of strawberry popping boba. A chilled blend of almond and coconut milk adds delicate creaminess, while a drizzle of coconut condensed milk brings rich flavor and just the right touch of indulgence. Finished with sliced almonds for added crunch, this dessert bowl is cool, comforting, and naturally dairy-free—perfect for warm days, light desserts, or a quick sweet treat at home.

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 package (11.1 oz) Mori-Nu Asian Dessert Tofu Almond Jelly Inspired Flavor

  • 2 tbsp canned grass jelly, drained, and cut into cubes

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ¼ cup coconut milk

  • ¼ cup canned whole azuki red beans

  • 2 tbsp cup strawberry flavored popping boba

  • 2 tbsp coconut condensed milk

  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds (optional, for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Drain the Mori-Nu Asian Dessert Tofu Almond Jelly Inspired Flavor and gently scoop into soft, bite-sized pieces. Keep chilled until ready to serve.

  2. In a small pitcher or bowl, whisk together the almond milk and coconut milk. Refrigerate until cold.

  3. Add the chilled tofu into a serving bowl as the base.

  4. Top with whole azuki red beans, grass jelly, and strawberry popping boba. Slowly pour the almond-coconut milk mixture over the toppings.

  5. Finish with a generous drizzle of coconut condensed milk and serve immediately.
