Tofu kabobs

Everything tastes better on a stick! Cubes of tofu and vegetables are perfect meatless party food.

Tofu kabobs

INGREDIENTS:

1 package Morinaga Silken Tofu – Extra Firm

marinade of your choice

16 small mushrooms

1 sweet red bell pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

1 zucchini, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

8 cherry tomatoes

preparation:

Cut tofu into 3/4-inch cubes. Cover with marinade and refrigerate for at least 4 to 6 hours.

 

Thread vegetables and tofu onto eight 10-inch skewers.

 

Grill skewers, or place on baking sheet under broiler for 10 minutes, turning and basting with extra marinade as needed. Serve with rice.
