Soy benedict sauce


1 package Morinaga Silken Tofu – Soft or Lite Firm, drained

3 Tbsp. lemon juice

6 Tbsp. safflower margarine, melted

2 Tbsp. yellow mustard

1/4 cup low fat evaporated milk

1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. white wine Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp. white pepper

dash cayenne pepper


In a blender or food processor, whip all ingredients until smooth and creamy. In a small saucepan, heat sauce thoroughly and spoon immediately over steamed vegetables or muffins.
