Strawberry Banana Tofu Smoothie

Strawberry Banana Tofu Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

1 package Morinaga Silken Tofu – Soft, Lite Firm, Firm, or Organic Firm

1 small ripe banana

1 10 oz. package frozen, sweetened strawberries, partially thawed, including liquid

1tsp of sugar (optional)

PREPARATION:

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.

Whip until smooth. Serve chilled

Made this with blueberries. It is fabulous! Very refreshing and delicious. (I also added a little plant based milk because my banana was frozen and it was very thick. It could serve nicely as a nice cream dessert)
