Mori-nu Hawaiian smoothie

2 servings of 10 oz. each.


Mori-nu Hawaiian smoothie
  • 1 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, fresh or canned
  • 2 Tbsp. apricot jam
  • 1 package Morinaga Silken Tofu - Lite Firm
  • 1 ripe banana
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Whip until smooth. Chill or blend in a few ice cubes. Serve cold.
