Mango lassi

Mango lassi
  • 1 fresh mango, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1 package Morinaga Silken Tofu - Lite Firm, drained and diced
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 packets Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Stevia
Place tofu in the Vitamix or blender and blend until smooth, less than a minute. Add the mango chunks, almond milk and stevia. Turn Viatmix on, dial up to 10 and flip the switch to super. Blend just a minute. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
