Cilantro green goddess dip / dressing

Cilantro green goddess dip / dressing
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 package Morinaga Silken Tofu - Lite Firm, pureed
  • 2 chopped scallions
  • 2 tsp rinsed capers
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp clover honey
  • *VEGAN: 1 Tbsp agave nectar or liquid sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • *VEGAN and VEGETARIAN: 1 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce (no anchovies) or soy sauce
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp minced fresh jalapeño chile, if desired
Preparation:
In the container of a blender or food processor, combine the dressing ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
