- 2-1/2 cups Morinaga Silken Tofu - Lite Firm, Firm, or Extra Firm (depending on desired texture)
- 3/4 cup liquid Fruitsource, rice syrup, agave, or liquid sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Prebake pie shell.
Place tofu into a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Heat honey (or liquid sweetener of choice) for 90 seconds in the microwave.
Place 1/2 cup cocoa in a small bowl. Pour warm sweetener over cocoa mixture, stirring until smooth. Pour cocoa syrup and vanilla into blended tofu and process.
Pour into prebaked pie shell and chill at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve well chilled to allow the flavors to blend fully.
