SPICY ROASTED PEPPER DIP

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12.3 ounce package) Morinaga Silken Tofu - Lite Firm
    1/3 cup eggless mayonnaise (Vegenaise)
    3 cloves garlic, peeled
    2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    1 Tablespoon tamari
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
    1 (12 oz jar) Trader Joe’s Red and Yellow Roasted Peppers

Preparation:

Drain roasted peppers and set aside. Place tofu in food with garlic and mayonnaise and blend. Add remaining ingredients and blend just until bits of pepper remain.

Refrigerate for several hours or optimally, overnight. Serve well chilled with crudités or pita crisps.
