In 1997, PNF was formed as a joint venture of Morinaga Nutritional Foods, Inc., Torrance CA and Pacific Foods of Oregon, Inc., Tualatin OR. PNF specializes in aseptic processing & packaging products, including tofu and other soy-based products for Morinaga Nutritional Foods, Inc., a subsidiary of Morinaga Milk Industry Co., Ltd. in Tokyo, Japan.

Morinaga Milk Industry is experienced in developing manufacturing solutions - from product formulation to processing & packaging. The company has over 40 years of expertise in aseptic processing & packaging technology as well as over 25 years of experience in manufacturing soy and tofu-based products.
