Returns & Refunds
We guarantee at least a six (6) month shelf-life on all food products sold in the online store at morinu.com.
To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:
1. Call customer service at (800) 669-8638 within 30 days of receiving the product(s) to describe the problem. We are available Monday through Friday excluding major holidays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific to take your call.
2. After receiving the call, a customer service representative will make arrangements for a Fed Ex call tag and pick-up from the "ship to" address.
3. Please prepare the package for Fed Ex pick-up. All returned items must be unopened.
